I have an idea for the plot. The story focuses on Lewis finding the girls ( rikki is hard to locate as she is famous ) and then Cleo and rikki ante the ones that to decide to go with Lewis back to the Gold Coast where they see that now a girl named Carly has been transformed and not taking is well

My suggestion part 1

I noticed you haven’t posted in a while and have a few suggestions to creatively en-suite you to continue this wonderful story.

H2O cast

You could have a storyline where Lewis goes far distances to find the girls and get in contact with them, and Rikki is the hardest to get in touch with as she is now famous. After Lewis convinces the original mermaidsBella ( or as many of the 4 as he can) they head back to mako to discover that another person has fallen victim to the dragon ( Carly ). None of the girls expected magic that rubbed off on them could effect their family years later, only seeing them on hollidays during the years in between. They try to fight off the dragon, but unsurprisingly they failed. The Victim is found by the coast guard and taken back to land before the mer people could see who it was. All of them figured their family members and probe them in conversation. The original h2o girls figure their family is safe as Rikki didn’t have a good childhood and wasn’t on good terms with her family, Cleo only saw her family at events, Emma’s parents were in a retirement community far from magic while Elliot was living in California for years at that point, and Bella’s parents were deceased. One of them would be proven wrong. Cleo is terrified when visiting her fully grown sister Kim, a college student. When catching up at the ocean cafe and talking about when it was the juice net, a spark in the machinery caused a small manageable fire in the cool room. It was put out, but by then the fire alarm had went off and the sprinklers soaked cam, Cleo, Evie, zac, David, Carly and all humans in the cafe. They all ran to the ocean as the cool room was full of smoke. They all jumped in and they were all surprised to see Kim jump in after them, with a tail.

Then, two weeks later just after the full moon rose, the now very large groups of mer people ( not including Kim as she was a new mermaid as well as Carly not wanting anything to do with being a mermaid ) prepared to fend off the dragon, only to see it turn away from them and head north.

The group was surprised and Mimi, Ondinna, weilan, zac, Cleo, Emma, Rikki and Chris followed the dragon north,

Mimi and Zach were going north as it was their birthplace direction, weilan was continuing her mission, cloe Rikki and Emma wanted to help out of compassion, ondina needed to prove herself to the pod, and chris was following the mermaid he loved.

Surprisingly, they were not tired at all going that fast for so long and far, they seemed to be running on some kind of magical adrenaline. As they were nowhere near the icy north of the western world as the moon was about to be perpendicular to the sea, the dragon went down into a cave on the Californian coast, before the small pod could follow, the dragons sent a large wave sending them away from the coast. They new they were too late.

With their exhausted tails out of energy and will, they made it to the beach and dried off by 3 am. While speculating where they were they saw a sign indicating they were in California. A sinking feeling hit the original h2o girls, especially Emma. Indiana was frustrated and asked them what the hell was wrong, they explained how much magic a certain college graduate around here was exposed to during childhood, having had been in love with a mermaid, lived with one for years, and since there was no pod or magic here in California then that person would be the first and possibly only person on the dragons American list, Emma’s brother Elliot.

A few hours later the group checked into 3 hotel rooms with unlocked doors between the rooms so they could travel between them with out going out into the hall. Emma decided to go visit Elliot. Emma wanted to go alone as to not bother him while the graduate was still studying for his doctorate in marine biology.

Emma arrived at his dorm where he was face timing his friend Kim. Kim saw Emma enter the room, knew wat it was about and signed off. Elliot did not know the secret.

The chapter dialogue in his dorm would go like this:

Emma: I thought you hated ramen, makes you sick.

She could smell it from the hallway

Elliot: I still hate it, my room mate as well as the entire floor eats sleeps and breathes it, I just don’t smell it anymore * laughs *

Emma dreaded the conversation about to go down, she would probe him until she was sure he was the victim last night, then tell him

Emma: hey you know how like 10 years ago you and Kim thought my friends and I were mer-

Elliot: sorry Em, could you not talk so loud, I think either I hid my head on a rock last night or I had too much to drink last night, I don’t remember anything and woke up on the beach, I kinda feel embarrassed, you know I don’t do that kinda stuff, right

Emma: I know, you are a good kid. Before you graduated back at the Gold Coast and moved here for your Doctorate degree I only ever saw you hunched over your desk, researching all those sea creatures, I was so worried you would end up findin gc out about me

Emma stopped talking mid sentence and realized what she had said, her brother was one of her best friends and she always felt she could tell him anything and he would be there for her like the good brother he was. She trailed off like she always did when she would almost blurt everything out to him.

Elliot: find out what...you mean like when you and ash started dating and you didn’t tell me for ages? Wait no that’s not related to me researching fish, eh doesn’t matter, just happy ur visiting, I didn’t hear from you that you were coming, how would you have gotten a flight so fast?

Emma was officially in panic mode, he was pulling at a dangerous loose thread, and after his memory loss and waking up on the beach, she knew what to expect.

Emma: we need to talk, hoe about you get your nose out of that text book and we go the the beach ay?

Elliot: that sounds like just what I need, we could go for a swim, we haven't swim together since you got swimmers ear and quit.

Emma: let’s just start off with a walk

She thought to herself: and a very scary swim

Elliot: this beach only has us and like 2 other people on it other than us, good thing it’s early.

Emma: yea, and the sea is looking great

Emma looked longingly into the sea then saw Elliot, he didn’t know why bet he had the same urge to dive in.

Elliot at that moment remembered he forgot to open the letter on his desk showing his recent grade. Not knowing his results was terrifying.
He clutched his right hand and as a result the ocean to his right started to heat up, the 1 person in t water quickly jumped out befor the water bubled, the person getting out splashed the brother and sister in the process. Emma knee that in 15 seconds or so his first transformation would be complete

Emma: you can’t ask a thing, we need to run

Elliot: where, into the ocean that just boiled?

Emma took his hand and ran in with him about 20 meters into the water very quickly

13, 12, 11, she counted in her head till Elliot’s life would change

10, 9, 8, 6, Emma’s tail suddenly appeared to make his jaw drop.

Right as he was about to scream he noticed his legs were statting to go blue and also feel weak

5, 4, his legs fused and grew silver blue scales forming a tail just like David, Cam and Chris experienced in the previous months.

3, 2, 1.

His feet had joined to form a powerful fin at the end of his new tail.

Elliot: what the actual f**k just happened to us?!

Emma: Elliot stay calm and don’t bring any attention to us

Elliot was not believing how calm Emma was.

Emma: this isn’t my first time being like this

Elliot: ok then, what just happened to me?!

Emma said quickly and awkwardly the entire story, her being at mako, her being around him making her magic rub off on him, him movin gc to California and being followed by an enchanted dragon who would turn him into a mythical creature, literally everything

Elliot kept a shocked, frozen face on, hw thought maybe she was joking as there was no way that a water dragon could be real...but then he realized if him being a fish was possible, anything was

and now Carly is a mermaid. . . though the outcome is a lot more saddening than I thought.

More! Please update the story

Carly doesn't need to know. Allow Cam to be the first person to give moral support if Carly becomes a victim. That would be romantic ... I like their relationship in this story. I hope this story is updated quickly.

Hey! Thanks for updating, it was a pleasant surprise to find the notification email in my inbox. I think this was a really interesting chapter and honestly I would absolutely love to read more about Lewis and how he finds the girls and how they would react. I know that's probably not in your plans, but it would definitely make for a good read. Anyways, keep up the good work:)
