Dang blast it! I don't like dwarves, I don't like Tauriel, and I especially don't like Thorin... And here you are, making me get all ooey-gooey over all of the above! :'D I think this is the first, (possibly second?), Thorin story to go in my favorites, and I know it's the first to make it into my Community :'D I love it!

I have to say this is one of my all time favorite stories. The only thing is I wish we saw a little more of Fili and Kili, they hardly had a part in the story, especially Fili. I do hope you decide to make a sequel so we can see the wedding and maybe when Billa finds out she's pregnant and the birth? I really loved this one, I hope you write more of this couple in some sort of fashion.

Ah, so it was inspiration from chick-fil-a that had Billa putting honey on her meat pie! I thought it was a bit strange but acceptable. I know I prefer my eggs with a side of jelly and toast, or bacon with pancakes and syrup :)
I have really enjoyed this story. I normally avoid soulmate fics (since they aren't "true" but maybe it helps this one is in middle earth and not ours?) but I am so very glad that I started reading this one despite my general feelings about the genre. Billa is so wonderful and I think you made the soulbond ideas very interesting and creative with the tatoos and differences in cultures. Very happy no one (we know) died on the battles. Great character building for all the characters, canon and original. Thank you for sharing this story with us.
