Very nice story and such a lovely end!

Dear love, this was such a warm and satisfying end to a great story...I loved the unspoken promise from Bass to Miles, I loved the way Bass and Charlie got to share each other - to see the gentler, undamaged parts of each other that were still there, inside, even after everything that had happened. I loved Bass' smile, and Charlie's ease in his company, their care of and for each other... The sort that happens when physical passion grows into something more... Dear Love, I really enjoyed this chapter, I loved the others too, but I especially loved the beginnings of tenderness between in this chapter as well as that incredible lust driven passion, where Bass has to follow her, and she sees him and everything else goes out of her mind...and the last line was just so beautiful, 'a new found gentleness...'

and another one, 'Autumn is slowly dripping from the leaves around her...' SUCH a gorgeous line :)
