Reviews for Blood of the Covenant
Ponytail Goddess chapter 1 . 4/28
This was just the sort of story I needed to read today. I love the dynamic that you have created between the brothers and how you’ve given them great personality. It’s cute how Rumil refuses to be called ‘little.’ Thanks for having Haldir take responsibility and become a great big brother in the story. I’d love to read more stories like this from you.

Zip001 chapter 1 . 11/20/2015
Such a sweet and precious vignette! Each brother is so distinctly defined - the reserved but no less caring older brother/guardian, the carefree and more openly affectionate middle brother, and the willful and exuberant littlest one. I couldn't stop snorting with Rumil's apology - so precious! But what really got me crying is Orophin convincing Rumil that Haldir would never stop loving Rumil no matter what as it reminds me of what happens in the future between Orophin and Haldir (hopefully, he will remember his own words and come home). I also appreciated how Haldir expressed his love for Rumil - not by his words or by hugs but through the care he took in creating a story for him. So beautiful!
Fiachrach chapter 1 . 11/20/2015
Oh this was lovely. There are not many stories that focus on the three brothers. I really enjoyed this. Your style, flow, descriptions are beautiful!
I would love to see more of the three brothers!
Serlen chapter 1 . 11/19/2015
D'awwww, child!Rúmil is going to make me melt into a pile of goo.

I love his exaggerated thinking after he breaks the inkwell. He goes from, "Guard rotations? Ain't nobody got time for that," to "Omg, omg where am I going to live? Maybe no one will notice if Galadriel has an extra talan ornament."

All the brotherly love is just what I needed to read today. I adore this. Thank you!

And yes Rúmil. You are little. You're like the tiny, almost microscopic marshmallows that melt in those packets of hot chocolate.
