It's a shame this story was never finished. I love how realistic you made the characters while still keeping a lot of flair and excitement at times.

Well that was interesting I do hope to see more of this story one day because it was certainly enjoyable

I've read both of these stories several times...and while I'm probably wrong, it sounds like you're setting Fleur up to be the "spare" in the graveyard instead of Cedric (mind you, that's not a bad idea, though if you can find a way to spare both Harry and Fleur, that would probably fit the tone of the story better.).

I look forward to seeing what you do next, and if my theory is correct.

Age limitations should have been "codified" in rule changes with lesser penalties than "loss of magic".

According to "your story" it was Harry who offered to be questioned under verritaserum NOT Declour's suggestion

rival and enemy are NOT synonymous!

Neither Snape or Moody should be in meeting of headmasters & champions!
McGonagall should be there as HoH of underage contestant.
It would be illogical to trust veritaserum provided by Snape, given the known animosity between him & Harry.
Moody has NO investigative authority that should be left to DMLE
