Super awesome story. Very interesting and funny. I loved Garp's chapter. I can totally see him doing that. I also liked the Marine chapter. Akainu would have an aneurysm if Luffy became the Pirate King under his watch.

The way the Marines are going there doing half of Dragon's job for him. I love the fact that more and more of the Marines are just blatantly ignoring Akainu's order. Just goes to show you that Marineford was not won by the Marines even though they killed Ace and Whitebeard, because if it wasn't forof all their corruption I doubt the Strawhat's would have had even half the fame and allies that they did without things like Dressrosa and Alabasta happening. I really want to see chaps. about Sabo, Dragon, and the Whitebeard Pirates. Also maybe for laughs you could do Teach finding out about Luffy from where he ended up after he died (cough, not heaven, cough, cough)
