I'd really like to see the humans keep their magic to themselves and not allow the Asari in at all.

While there were many gramatical mistakes, it was still very much an enjoyable story and I would wish if you continued this. Like dude, seriously please continue this.

Need beta. Preference is one that writes as well. Good idea but too rough to read more then first chapter. Not looking for perfect grammar or spelling this is fan fiction. But it was rough even for that. Try reading your story aloud anywhere you stumble when doing that means it needs a fix. Or anywhere you add a word when saying it.

Interesting story. But I don't care for Latis getting a brand. Mainly because he hasn't been around crystal tech long enough to develop magic nor is he in an environment full of magic. I wouldn't mind as much if he been living with humans for a while before acquiring it though.

Great story so far. As for the FFXIII reference: was it the "moms are tough" line? also i can't wait to see the councils reactions to humanity, especially if one was to summon... say... Ifrit? During the first meeting.

Nice story so far! Some of the phrasing is a bit awkward, but it's not that bad. Its nice to see Humanity making a good first impression on the Turians instead of the stereotypical bad first impression. Keep up the good work!

So I take it this is going to end up as a female Shepard story then. I have to be honest, while the concept greatly interests me that detail is a hit of a breaker for me.
