A little sad yet so, so personal and romantic with Kate looking for some joy for the holidays and went looking for Castle with his copious amounts of holiday spirit.
Even though she isn't at the level of Christmas joy that Castle has I just loved the line, "And you could have all of it, not just a little bit."
Creativity isn't exactly a strongpoint for me so the takeout containers and array of socks quite frankly confused me (Martha Stewart I am not lol). And she is realizing how lucky and rare it is to have someone like that in her life.
Just squealed with glee over their kiss. And him saying he was 'besotted.' Aww, that word isn't used enough, (I felt like fanning myself after that).
She is definitely going to feel joyful all year round with Castle by her side. Doesn't take much to thrill him but nevertheless I'm so happy that she is open and willing to move forward and start living again, for him and herself.

Two of things I love most about Castle is that he is nonjudgmental and is just so easily brought to joy. He was highly amused at Beckett comparing her tree to LL Cool J and Peanuts (surprised you know who LL Cool J is though).
I have zero desire to be watched as I'm sleeping but I find it so endearing when he lovingly gawks at her. And his 419 pictures of her. Dear God! Just loved how flabbergasted she was over it. And of course she leaps out of that car soon afterwards like a gazelle.
It's all about the baby steps. And Castle is an expert at taking things slow with her. Can't wait to see how well they "bond" bringing this tree back to life.
By the way, loved the line at the end from "I Love Lucy." One of my favorite episodes was when Lucy pretended to understand her Spanish speaking mother-in-law. And she had a translator hiding, feeding her the information the whole time. Makes me want to pop in my dvd's of the show now.

'Tis the season for Castle FF. She reminds me of Eeyore with her doom & gloom and humorously pathetic attempts at decorating. Oh, she didn't have a tree stand so she put her tree in her cleaning bucket! C'mon! Where do you come up with this stuff? I just wanted to wrap her up in a bear hug and comfort her (although, I'm sure she would punch the crap out of me if I did that).
So, so happy they are now both single. Just loved Beckett saying, she gave herself an early Christmas by breaking up with him, lol. And him saying he broke up with Gina right after Halloween. Because she's a witch. Loved the line "Left Broome Street on her broom." (I had a good snorty laugh after that!)
Awe, she asked for Castle's help with her Charlie Brown tree. Can't wait to see how infectious his holiday spirit will be for Beckett!

Enjoyed it. Does not have to be Christmas to appreciate this - it’s Castle. We read only Castle.

"Spirit. Joy." - I really loved this part. Just every bit of it. Beckett's admission. Adding that she really only needs some of it, that of course she'd leave him with most. And of course, he responds by telling her he'd give her all of it if she so much as asked. So beautiful.

Not that I didn't love the rest of it too. The decorating, the pink socks and the NC-17 kiss. But especially that part.
