So I totally read this last chapter late at night on my phone when I was out of town, but I didn't review because serious reviews need serious full-keyboard-laptop levels of attention. Lol. What a fitting ending! Love how you started with quotations by the various characters while Josh was out of it. Lol at Ashley apologizing for stabbing and then wishing him well with a question mark. I like that he woke up to Chris, because it seems like his bro would be the best one to calmly and semi-logically explain things/break bad news to Josh. I thought it was hilarious when he mentioned that Ash's only injury was her eye (because I'm a rude person, haha). And aw yeah, Matt is super fine! Heh. So glad Josh admitted he needs help and love how he isn't offended by Chris' agreement. Was surprised by Dr. Hill showing up, but the way you explained it made sense. I like how Josh was surprised that Chris could see him too. And then of course I loved the ending with sleepy Josh waking up to Sam running her fingers through his hair (excuse me while I swoon). You have that conversation, Vegan Psycho! Bahaha. Anyways, I loved this whole story so much (if you couldn't tell), and it's definitely going into my faves. Looking forward to the sequels!

I love this story! It is very well written. Can't wait to read more! I think it's very cool how you are expressing Josh's regret. I love it!

I started this thinking it was an interesting concept, having Josh be the hero. And since Josh is my favorite character, I couldn't refuse this amazing read. PLEASE continue on with the story, maybe have them go back or to another place with more monsters and damsels in distress for Josh to rescue (preferably Sam, even though she's an independent character, it would be super cute if he saved. her.) VEGAN PSYCHO!

OH MY GOSH I JUST FELT SO MANY FEELS STOP IT I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS. Excuse me while I gather my life back together. This made me want to laugh, and it also made me want to cry. Most fics don't make me feel such a wide emotional range in such a short amount of time. Ugh, that moment when Chris and Josh can't move and are just STARING at each other, that was so sad and wonderful and horrible and beautiful. And then Josh hearing Chris and Ash rooting for him in his head. And then Josh freaking RUNNING into the lodge like a big idiot to save Sam. I was so afraid he was gonna get killed. And then the part with him sobbing over Hannah, sheesh. As heartbreaking as this all is, I so wish this was what happened in the game. You really weaved together canon and the addition of Josh incredibly well. I could fangirl about this all night. OH, and Emily with the shotgun! I approve! Lol. Really great job, thanks for writing this. Looking forward to the conclusion.

I LOVE THIS! Gah! I was just thinking about something like this today, like how would Josh have reacted to discovering the Wendigo and finding out he's not the biggest threat on the mountain? And would he have acted heroically to save his friends if given the chance? Our favorite psycho deserves a shot at redemption, yes? This was a long, well-written chapter, and I enjoyed all of it! It's interesting to see Mike all helpless and to see them reunite with Matt and Jess. I also like how Josh is relating everything to a movie. Excited to read more!
