I absolutely loved the way he said, "Hello, Sweetie." The way River has said was more like a simple greeting. The way the Doctor said it was with feeling. The way he was looking at her was telling her, "I've been right here with you all along."

I loved this part in the special. And we also get to see how she got that sonic that 10 sees and states that he never (and wouldn't) give away to anyone. Forgot which episode, but I'm pretty sure it's with Donna. Nice how everything connects like a puzzle, though I'm not happy with River dying. Anywho, awesome little piece!
