I loved it!

Ahhhhh, I got so excited when I saw not one, but TWO updates! This story is so awesome and I'm so looking forward to everything that happens next!

This is gonna be a hell of lot shorter than last chapters review.
Why in the world is Kageyama the only that seems to have any memory for the past despite the fact that a huge number of people have also wound up in the same universe? Okay, only Kageyama isn't really fair since the mystery witch (who I still think is Yachi), and Kiyoko obviously know but still!

Well, haven't read the last chapter that is up but I'll engage in some speculation anyway! As far as characters go I've got quite a bit I'm guessing about. The person who gave Kageyama the tablet in the first place, I'm pretty sure that was Yachi. If the prior bit about the movie marathon, seemingly to know Kageyama before actually meeting him, the relation to Kiyoko, and the bit about Kiki's Delivery Service is anything to go by. Ah, I forgot to add the fact that she knew that Kageyama and Hinata were close friends and that Kageyama would appreciate the info about Hinata.
Has someone, suppressed Sugawara's memories or something along those lines? After all, Nekomata asked something about Japan in a clarifying sort of way, like he expected Suga to reply differently. Actually the same goes for Daichi and Asashi, none of them recognized each other yet formed a close friendship very quickly. It's not a stretch to assume that they are the Daichi and Asahi that we, the readers, are familiar with. Adding on the characters we're familiar with, I can only be amazed at how well Kageyama seems to be dealing with what appears to be the entire Karasuno volleyball team having conversation in his head.
Okay, now about the letters, of all roles Tsukishima could play you made him a duke. For some reason I'm not even surprised, which I find exceedingly odd. Although I'd be willing to bet that wherever Tsukishima is Yamaguchi can't be far behind. Hell if Yamaguchi isn't there I'd be 10-fold more surprised. Not really related to Tsukishima in anyway but, whatev. If I were to give a time-period to the universe they live in would it be accurate to assume that it is several hundred years after the existence of a country known as Japan? The way Suga describes hiragana implies that the language is ancient and non-used anymore except by scholars.
Finally there's Hinata. Interesting how Kageyama's favorite color happened to be orange isn't it? Just teasing! Anyhow, it's dead obvious from all the flashbacks that Hinata and Kageyama remained close friends years after the graduated from highschool. You've explicitly said that Hinata is going to appear in the universe but as of now I seriously can't even guess what kind of role he might play. Though as a whole, it seems volleyball no longer exist since the bit about Suga hearing some of Kageyama's sleep-talk you've only written Hinata and a "game". Not volleyball but rather just a game.
Damn, this turned out a lot longer that I figured it would...

Oh heck yes the chapter on Suga's backstory. I'm going to have to reread the previous chaps to see what questions this answers.
Do you still have the scenes that were cut out? It'd be nice if you could post them as a kind of side story since they'd show how Suga, Daichi and Asahi became friends. There was kind of a gaping hole here tbh.

Nice backstory for Suga, the world building is looking great! I wonder how they found out that Suga was alive... I wonder if there is a way for Suga to gain the memories of his past life?

Op wizard Kageyama

This has different feel than the other version of this but it's good. You can in this one how traumatized Kageyama is from what happened to him and then spending than a decade alone. I bet Kageyama is just a giant mystery to this Suga: traveling alone to young, a Sage so young, and probably his behavior.

The random facts at the end were hilarious.

Please tell me Yachi's Divine Script is 'Villager B'. Please, this has to happen.
