I really like this. it's nice to see an interesting, worthwhile fanfic on HP like this. different but a good one

One thing that stood out to me is with the house elves on her side and a willingness to use darker methods... this isn't even a fight. Day 1 would be a mass poisoning using the equivalent of Cyanide in the tea of every wizengot member and the heads of every department that isn't sympathetic, Minister included Even including luck and Bezoar stones the Ministry would lose 75% of its leaders in a day before they start to doubt their elves

You're giving too much power to Hermione' faction too easily. Elves should'nt have been added in this way since it makes them much more independent than they are in the original story.
You're putting HP without any apparent allies from his oldschoolmates. I could go further in detail but this is the crucial problem. I think you should delay the smut and give a better view of what the conservativ side is doing.

Kinky sex and intrigue, nice. Especially that the incredibly powerful and dangerous faction leader in the one being topped.

The Rogues are much better organised than I have expected and with all their alliances they'll have a good chance to win. That said, a bunch of murderers and torturers, even if for a "good" cause (at least in their opinion, and who could change that?), talking about morality is a bit hypocritical. I'm not sure you can be better than the person you are torturing from a moral standpoint, regardless of their crimes.

I also think it'll be interesting to see whether Harry will fight against Hermione if things devolve into open conflict.
