Oof. This was very well thought out with that special Horowitz flair. Kinda depressing at the end though. A for originality, as I've never read a fic like this. Great job!

You've just torn my heart to shreds, and you've done it in the most tragically beautiful way possible. I've always thought about the fact that by the end of the series almost every person close to Alex in the previous generation of operatives was dead. The only thing that would make this even better would be Ash. Also innocent baby yasha - why did you do this to me. No. It is unacceptable.

You need more reviews, for goodness' sake. This is written very like a certain style Horowitz has when he goes for emotional detachment and lethality. TTATT

Wow! This is a really neat idea- well-written, interesting, and all-around amazing. I love the way you connected each of the characters and wove their future selves into their present story. I'd love to see more stories like this in our fandom!
