Oh, my gosh! It's the Soulmate Taste AU! I'd dabbled in writing some fanfics for it lately once I found a prompt going over the AU, and from what I'd seen, I'd never stumbled upon another writer writing for the AU. You wrote it very well, and I'm super glad that I got to read a Soulmate Taste AU by another writer. (Naturally, I'd fallen into the hole of writing two Love Square related oneshots for the AU though one is technically only Adrinette, the other Adrinette and LadyNoir.) I got super excited once I started reading this oneshot of yours, because suddenly it sunk in that it was the Soulmate Taste AU. I love the fact that you incorporated the fact that Adrien's parents weren't soulmates, but Marinette's were. It was interesting to see how that shaped their views of soulmates, and what that meant for them. I adore the fact that both Adrien and Marinette wouldn't eat in front of others, so that they could avoid finding out that who they loved wasn't their soulmate, especially since they ended up realizing that they were each other's soulmates due to two different incidences. (You incorporated angst into it very nicely, and naturally ended on a surprising note for them, but a happy one.) I'm so happy that they don't have to worry about eating in front of anyone else anymore, because they did find their soulmates, and they were who they hoped they were after all.

I spoiled myself this chapter and when I read soulmate I was so excited, I thought don't worry you can read all the others and save this to the end, I was wrong XD Doesn't matter, it was awesome! I have read a lot of soulmates au but never taste like, it was adorable AF You almost broke my heart when Marinette left the rooftop, but oh it was worth it, favorite line, "No need, I already know they taste heavenly." Ooohhh MYYY!

I agree with the imp lol. I am a MariChat shipped for that very reason, only I see Adrien figuring out Marinette is really Ladybug and using Chat to get her to call for him. He's more himself under the mask because he doesnt have to act so perfect I think. It's that whole idea of two people calling in love with their true selves. It's an awesome plot point/device just from a writer'pov. I love Adrienette just because the two dorms are nothing but innocent fluff in this relationship.
