I haven’t finished reading this book, but I quite enjoy it. I’ve been looking for a book where OC acts in a motherly way towards Ciel as many stories out there have him in competition with his butler over someone’s affections. I get that he’s a character favorite, but I’ve always seen him as a child so I can’t really imagine him trying to court a 16/17/18/19 year old OC.

Marianne feels a bit like an unimportant side character in this...

While I do appreciate that you are following the storyline, I can’t help but feel that Marianne is just there for the fun of it and not there to make a difference at all. Would’ve been nice to see her do something out of the ordinary that differs a bit from the storyline for once.

Because as of now, she’s just trailing after Ciel like a lost puppy and isn’t affecting anything at all.

Why didn’t Marianne prevent Ciel’s kidnapping though? She could have, couldn’t she? Really curious about this bit

Hey it’s been over an year since you finish the story. When’s the next one coming?

This story is my new favorite! Fucking hell imma read it again. The plot is all I ever wanted starting from the family relationships of Sebastian, Marianne, and Ciel then making Sebastian THE PRINCE OF HELL OMG IM SCREAMING! Although, I never really liked season 2, you made me love it especially the ending. Sebastian as Ciel's butler forever makes me mad like seriously, give the man-rather demon a break! This fic is a wish come true! I hope you made a sequel revolving in the life of those four (including baby Tristan) and Lucifer supporting them in the background ehehehe. Looking forward to a sequel...if there would be. I hope though, stories revolving Ciel being Sebastian's 'father' and him being royalty in hell like this one i Thank you author! Wonderful inspiration on Marianne's character.
