Ok. So I like to bake. And while there's nothing really wrong with saying it takes an hour here, just FYI if you ever need to bake a pie for a party or something, most have to bake for 40-50 minutes, so start to finish it's best to plan on it taking around an hour and a half (pumpkin pies are especially bad about this since you have to prebake the crust). And now that I think about it, they probably wouldn't have canned pumpkin either...so Link would need to carve a pumpkin and cook it for the filling. I wonder how long that would take. Hmm...does that make it taste better? I have that leftover lard, I kinda want to go bake a pie now. ...*realizes how off topic this is*...*blushes furiously* Sorry! I will get back on topic now!

I love this set of oneshots. They make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside (well, until /certain/ recent ones made me feel sad and fuzzy..and warm and cold and /too many feels/). It feels so much like a natural progression of Link and Allen's relationship.

*mumble* one in the morning plus one hour makes two in the morning leaving /six/ hours until eight am. oh why do i care about these things. *mumble*

*smiles and shakes head* Allen's not the only one who has to get up in the morning Link. Have you just been lying there awake listening to him toss and turn for I-don't-know-how-many hours?

Yeah. it would take at least that long to figure out when Allen's hiding things. He's very good at it when he wants to be. I don't blame you for regretting that ability Link. Because it also means that now you know just how /often/ Allen's deeply upset about without letting on to anyone, and watching that play out can /not/ be making your job any easier. He and Link have been together long enough now, I'm sure that Allen has picked up that Link normally reads when he can't sleep. It's really sad that he feels so little self-worth that he can't pick up that Link suggested baking for his benefit.

I agree. I doubt that Jerry would notice a few cups of flour and sugar (or the milk, eggs and spices) going missing. But if he doesn't notice the pumpkin disappearing, he maintains far less supervision over his kitchen than I think he does. But I don't think he would mind. Especially not since it's for Allen.

Link and Allen are really cute. Each suggesting the other's favorite pie. *smile* Link you have fallen /so/ hard. *sigh* Allen is so insecure. And sadly this thing with Link is not going to help it. Not with the conflict of interest hanging over their heads.

If Allen was still reading when he finally fell asleep...I wonder how much he /actually/ slept in the end.

How utterly adorable~ Link isn't sure what his feelings are, but you can tell he has an inkling of an idea. It's nice to see something slow and building...kinda like baking a pie, actually.

An Investigator, yes, but something more. Nice glimpse at the softer, more human side of Link who knows that side of him could mean the end of a lot of things for him.

That was really cute and made me feel so much better after your valentine's fic... I needed this.

This was adorable and very, very sweet. Sad, too...after all, with the way canon is going it doesn't look like we'll be seeing many more domestic and happy moments like this, especially not with Allen and Link.

This is really cute. When Allen started talking about how he thinks people would get over him being gone, holy hell. That was heart-wrenching. And then Link- damnit Link. It's very well written, is what I'm trying to say. I'm not used to writing reviews but I'm starting.
