It's something really small, but I have to point it out. You said (somewhere close to the beginning of the chapter) that Hedwig jabbed Harry with her pencil. While that is rather amusing imagery, somehow I don't think that was the word you wanted. On another note, I really like it so far!

Normally do not do reviews because I'm not a writer just a consumer of the fiction written on this site. But your story is interesting and a differing take from many I have read. So continue, also just a comment I've seen from several great writers on the site. Write for you, what you want, what you like. That's what is important are you happy with your work? Don't try to fit in someone else's idea of what you should be doing.
