I was worried there for a minute in the middle that Jareth would be to stubborn to ever pull his head from his rear end but thankfully that was not the case :) Same goes with his father. Now this was a powerful chapter! So much panic and so much pain. I feel true pity for Arethusa having to watch her daughter die, evil or no. I wonder if the assassin will start a war?

Well huh. Jareth was a right prick in the last chapter and I thought Sarah was well within her rights to be pissed at him. In fact I was a bit confused why she didn't just leave and cut the damn dress off instead of listening to him while he was stalling with her ribbons. Oh well I suppose. Then there is this chapter. I can NOT understand how the argument got turned around on Sarah! Okay I can totally see where she should definately not have slapped him but other than that?! Pfft! The things he said about her and the things he allowed others, including his father, to say about her were far and away worse than her threatening divorce. I can't believe the gall he has to be pissed at her! I do enjoy angst in my stories but stupidity bothers me.

"Look after your mother, kids. Daddy's going out on the piss" I just spat my tea out!

Just finished chapter 2, whilst my little girl watches Ben and Hollys little Kingdom... god I hate that show!

That was AWESOME! One of the best Labyrinth stories I've read! Can you make a sequel?

Loved your story, have to say the bit at the end about love bringing Jareth back was good, but it got a bit confusing with the sister and high king, and the plot with the elves.
I'm hoping that you do another story maybe about the twins growing up with odd parents like Jareth and Sarah, while also having to find their place in the fae world.
anyway that was just an idea.
I really hope you keep writing
