...huh, interesting. i almost thought this was going to be a slash fic for a moment there. but looking at it now? i see more of a familial vibe rather than a romantic one.

this was actually very enjoyable. i typically avoid one shots, but this? this i enjoyed.

while i would love to see this expanded upon into a full fic instead of a oneshot, as it currently stands? i can live with this. it doesn't leave me with that gaping maw in my mind demanding more.

this is by far one of the most beautiful story I have ever read! aside from me feeling that there should be the continuation (because I just need more!) the story's great and wow... I don't know what to say...

You leaned a bit too hard on Harry's temper tantrum while talking to Oden. "white hot flash of rage, simmering anger, boiling through his veins, blah blah blah". For that moment, it was entirely out of character. You should've developed his reactions and thought processes before he's standing in front of his king and going on and on about "it pooling in his gut and crawling under his skin". Or at the very least have his emotions dialed down (i.e. less sarcasm and pointed words and the aforementioned "I'm angry" lines) to better reflect how the readers understood him. He doesn't need to be emotionless, just realistic for his character as we knew him. Honestly, he seemed to personify professionalism in every scene he was in.

This is a good story, but that scene stuck with me for being off and it changed my perception of everything that followed it.
