At this rate, hoshido will be colonized. It's as though ozpin is manipulating events to his favour. He researches jinchuuriki and one somehow gets sent to bacon despite the sheer foolishness of it. What's to say Naruto won't get killed or brainwashed? This story was obviously written in rwbys favour

The elemental nations are portrayed as little more than overpowered barbarians. Sure they're technologically behind but for them to not also have much Information on most things and to make matters worse, they're seen as the bad guys despite remnant being the ones attempting to colonize them. Naruto's a bit accepting in this story along with the kages. So far I haven't seen any part of the agreement that favours hoshido.

it's well written otherwise and I enjoy the concept.

wayyyyy too much exposition. half this chapter is us being told second hand what happened in the war. I dont have any investment in that so I dont really care about what happened and it detracts from the current story telling for it to stop to say "oh boy this stuff happened before, that's why naruto is a big angry boy!"

Awwww I was enjoying this. Have you at least started writing the story you were going to to replace this one?

Shame, I was quite liking where it was going (the idea of it). Sure there were some mistakes (not going into detail about how the shinobi villages turned into a London being the main one for me) but you now that and are going to correct it. What I liked about it was that unlike typical versions f this crossover the shinobi were not overpowered, yes the abilities they used were vast and terrifying but the kingdoms could fight them and cause damage, not win, but will cost the elemental nations a bit (until they have time to adapt and unleash hell on the enemies).
