This absolutely outstanding. I love this SSOOO much! A little side note,love how you got the ring and the eye etc. Involved because it made it more believable. This is a great story would read again. (I cummed to this so..) side question who's dick is bigger Frodo or Sams? ;) 9/10 congratulations!

That was utterly lovely! It has a great buildup and doesn't just rush into it like some fan fictions I've read. I really feel like the emotions described are accurate and I could truly feel the pain that Frodo felt for his Sam.

One last thing, though. It kind of bothered me that Mrs. Gamgee said that Frodo was 'too pale'. In the context of the times, back then, paler skin meant you were fairer, wealthier. So, that being said, there would have been an understanding that he didn't HAVE to go outside if he were to keep this beautiful complexion. Heh, I'm kind of ranting, even if this didn't even ruin the experience.

I really enjoyed the story and loved how the story progressed. Revelation, confusion, pain, doubt he will ever get better, denial of wanting to live... Relief! I tend to really love the little things ( hobbits are little, eh? ) and I love how when Frodo and Sam were saying goodbye to each other and Frodo said 'Goodnight, Sam.' and Sam said 'G'night.' because Sam is less educated than his master is ad remembers the word and what it means, he doesn't write or read it!

Hehe, I can't help noticing that Frodo getting a hot water bottle made me think he was having period pains or something of that sort xD *silly giggle*.

My matey recommended this story to me and so far I am not disappointed - Frodo's Angstiness is just soo lovable. And especially because it's Sam-derived. And the way you describe Sam's appearance... droolable to say the least!

On to the fourth installment.

Okay, here goes...

The ending disappointed me a little bit. I had wanted to see a lot more conflict with Sam between Frodo and Rosie. To see it all shrugged off in a single line of dialogue was a bit of a disappointment.

But other than that (and the last chapter, which I didn't like, mainly since I have sexophobia when it comes to fan fiction), it was pretty good. It wasn't better or worse than what I was expecting-I actually had read so many successive Sam/Frodo fics by the time I got to this one that I had completely given up on trying to predict the outcome.

For a long while now, I've been thinking about writing a Sam/Frodo fic that dealt with what happened after they returned to the Shire and that explored the internal conflict of Sam as he had to choose between Rosie and Frodo. This fic has... sorta inspired me, I guess. I may start working on it soon.

Just letting you know that I'm reading this. Have only past the first chapter so far, but it's pretty decent so far. I'll try to break my usual habit of writing ridiculously huge reviews and overanalyzing everything.

Omg, omg, OMG! I LOVED this story SO much! It was a perfect mix of the angst and romance genres! It was just plain PERFECT!
