I've missed these Zuko and Lin chapters. No offense to Jet, Katara or anyone else, but this was the beginning and remains the heart of the story for me. It was good to see him focus on his baby for a while.

Aaah i love the history and architecture in this chapter. I’m excited for the next chapter, even though i’m kind of expecting it to be a disaster.

Woowww I have been slowly catching up on this story over the last several weeks, and let me just say, it has been WORTH IT! The depth of the characters, even the ones we don't see very often, and the unique style of writing combine for a gripping reading experience! I am bummed to have caught up because now I have to wait for more, but I am still happy that there will be more!

OOOOHH, i didn’t notice anything until you said you had a pattern for naming Dai Li agents, but Xia, Qin, and Han are all Chinese dynasties, aren’t they? So’s Zhou. I can’t believe i didn’t notice on my own. It doesn’t fit /all/ their names, but it’s a definite pattern.
