How strong is willy's healing? I feel like it can seal a wound and stop internal bleeding, but not you get inches wide hole blown into you and you can get back up after a few minutes.

A funny thing I would like to see if the timelines still follow cannon, is that Willy's dragon actually raised the water dragon god or they were clutch mates, meaning they were siblings making the water dragon god his uncle.
