Chapter 699 and 700 always seemed so wrong to me. Pairings, being one of the main reasons! But this! This addressed everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING. That made me question the legitimacy of the ending. There are plenty of people, who think that Naruto and Sasuke did die at the end of Chapter 698 and the two chapters after were nothing more than a product of Infinite Tsukiyomi. And if that were the case, then this story has opened perfectly!
I will definitely be keeping my eye on this story, and I hope that you update whenever it is that you can.

Zetsu being Naruto's meat shield (or whatever it was, shadow troll meat shield-thing?) And that amount of chakra...whut coulda hap'nd? :)

Love the twist where CH. 700 is the Eternal Tsukiyomi world. It just works so well! I've always been in the EWE camp, so it's refreshing to see it uses like this. I look forward to seeing where this fic goes.

Or perhaps the miserable way you made Naruto wake up from the genjustsu with the sharp clarity of a knife to the gut? And that absolutely brutal way you tore apart the saccarine details of Kishimoto's happy-go-lucky pairings? And the children.
