XD I love this. This Ed is fucking spot on in awesomeness! I also love little details you put in like the two brothers being kickass badasses, the apparent two pairs of underwear Ed wears, the fact that Ed is like a fucking piece of walking sunshine in coloring and disposition. Just lovin' it.

So against any small particle of better judgement, it looks like I'm hooked. I really can't afford to be, see, because I've got so much work on my plate at the moment. I was only planning to check out the first chapter. For reference. For later. When I had time.

But now, I have reasoned with myself. I might never have time, I told me. Is work all there is to life? No, not usually, just at the moment, I responded. At the moment has been the last year and a half, I pointed out, and all work and no pleasure is no way to live. That's true, I admitted, but this is the busiest time of the year! All the more reason to take small, chapter-sized breaks on occasion, I defended. I mulled that over. Okay, I finally, grudgingly, conceded. One more chapter, then back to work. And three tonight before bed, I added. One, I bargained. Two, and that's final, I stated firmly.
