I have been looking for a mystery/detective story in this fandom for a long time, I am glad that I stumble upon this story! The deduction is interesting, novel, and above all, logical. The antagonists and their method make sense. I like how you pack the cases in a few chapters, not making them excessively long and lose all the interest. It's hard to write a mystery story, even more so when it comes to auror, since cannon didn't offer a lot of information there. I really like some of your settings on magical detective work! (The mage armor sounds a lot like the shield hats/cloaks in the joke shop though) The characterizations are nice too. From cannon characters (like Harry) to original characters (Whistler is quite fascinating to me), I think you have done a great job at nailing down their characters' traits. Though to be frank, I am not a big fan of the cursed child (I do not consider Hermione being minister, or Albus sorted in Slytherine any part of the cannon :(( ), I really dont hope that the cursed child's plot/setting play a big role in this story. (Just my personal opinion, of course, the story is entirely up to you)
I don't know if it's just me, I feel like your writing did improve quite a lot since the 1st chapters. The latest case seems to be more action packed. Very compelling story, can't wait to see how this case will go! :D
