Eh, small nitpicks: Papyrus actually doesn't know about the soul-harvesting (You will be delivered to the capital! Then... I'm not sure what's next).

Toriel sounds a bit OOC at points as well. She's the type who would say 'kind of' instead of 'kinda'.

This chapter seemed to have a really rapid pace (break-your-neck speeds), but it didn't feel strange to follow because it was Papyrus' pace. I think you captured the goofy skeleton pretty well, this seems like the stuff he'd do and say based on the phone conversations you can have with him.
