I love your characterization of Fenris and how you track his growth. Each step with Hawke is a choice he consciously makes. She never coerces him or makes him feel like he needs to feel a particular way. She's a safe person for him, and I love it. Abuse can be a squick for me, and this is just a wonderful portrayal of trauma and the process of healing.
