| Sharklist6285 chapter 3 . 10/20/2018 Wow. This is incredible. I've never seen anyone deal with Dumbledore's manipulations of Severus through Lily, and Harry as a hero, this way before. I love the way both sides are portrayed so no one is outright condemned. This is the way it should have been. I think Severus is a little OOC in his protectiveness of Harry, but I love that he feels overwhelmed when he lets himself feel, it makes sense since he suppresses his emotions so much. I can't wait to see how he gets closer to Harry. Amazingly well done so far. |

I could understand him clinging to anyone when they first showed up in the he found out it was Snape though, there's no way he would have continued hanging on to the man who had abused him for two years (and yes, verbal abuse is still abuse even though you can't see the wounds inflicted). Also, why in the world would be fund a stuffed snake comforting after nearly bring killed by a giant snake? How doesthat make any sense? |

| atymer chapter 7 . 11/4/2016 I enjoyed the story. It would take a sledge hammer to overcome Dumpy's belief in his 'greater good'. I'm glad Severus didn't back down from discussing the possible links he would go to, to keep Harry truly safe. Grey, dark, don't like? Suck it up Headmaster! I always thought it crazy that anyone thought Harry was having a grand adventure being neglected and then terrorized every year at school. Grand adventure, not! |
