Sharon should have tossed Steve a Snickers... just for the meme if for nothing else. Steve wouldn’t have understood, he still needs to learn about Apple and the Moon Landing for crying out loud, but the rest of the team would have understood the reference and the dear Captain would never have heard the end of it. It would be used against him and everyone would stuff their pockets full of snickers and hurl one at his face if he was giving one of his motivational speeches or getting really emotional about something. After the initial impact of the offending chocolate, he’d immediately pause and look down at his lap (and by extension, the chocolate) before looking up and trying to figure out who threw it. He would never eat it in front of them out of pride but would always enjoy the delicious stuff in his room.
I think I just found and created my first headcannon!
Sorry, I think I got a little carried away. I only meant to write about what Sharon should have thrown but then got into way too much. Sorry about that.
