Just came across this after reading "Bad for Business." I really like the style of this series, you somehow make the characters become so alive without having to write countless thousands of words in detailing them (lol I love how Blake has her list of "things she doesn't want to know about Nora").
Hope you are still updating this story!

Considering Neo improves to the point that she gave even someone like Cinder (Without Maiden powers) a hard time and some good bruises in the latest season, I'd say she's certainly got the potential to be a "Goddamn Shark"

Whew, that got pretty crazy. I quite enjoyed picturing Roman's tirade. Hero luck can be infuriating for criminals such as Roman.

A wonderful fight between Neo and Pyrrha, and a surprise visitor! I'm not sure how little Ruby will fare.

Quite a good question, Roman. I worry about what they may find if they continue looking.

It's a good story and i'm loving reading it and can't wait for the next chapter, however i can't help but feel you have downplayed and weakened Roman and Neo quite a lot such as Neo being beaten off by Pyrrha, when in the show Neo easily beat Yang (who can stand up to Pyrrha in terms of skill) basically playing with her the entire time. Also Roman in the show completely annihilated Ruby on top of the warship even after Neo was removed from the fight and also quite easily held off Blake,Sun and Ruby at the Battle of the docks.
But still I am greatly enjoying this story i just wish Roman and Neo where more powerful like in the show.

And Raven with the cheap shots, always a nice way to introduce yourself.

Pyrrha did pretty damn well against Neo, and the she even acknowledged that. She's the best of her class for a reason apparently.

Roman was a delight as always and honestly I'm just happy to see this story again. I honestly thought it was gone for good.

There is nothing quite like the satisfaction you get from seeing an old favourite of yours unexpectedly update after a long time.

They say "Perfect is the enemy of Good" but what they really should say is "Perfect is the enemy of Complete."

Anyway, I'm glad to see this updating. And for once, someone actually remembered that butterfly effects mean Raven doesn't have to show up at the same time as canon. It's actually a pretty nice, shocking sequence, following on the heels of the fun Pyrrha/Neo fight.

Great! But please, please, pleeeease update "The Domino Effect". Trolling Neo is a wonderful Neo. :)
