The random sentences where the word just jumps down
/one line like in this example are really irritating and take me out of the flow of reading the chapter.

In regards to the writing, you just jump very quickly from one scene to the next (them investigating the appartment was neat though so well done on that part.) kind of feels like you're ticking off a checklist to go from one event to the next without building up to it and letting it develop in it's own pace; it's good just on the topic of "romantic tension" not well executed and feels really forced.

Other then that good work.

Now I wanna see what happens when this story plays out with titan and warlock guardians. Ngl I kinda just wanna see some 6,5 walking tank of a titan shit on everyone and brute force some of the big names would be wild as hell
