Wally decisions are way to out of character that its eye rolling inducing. Which sucks because you have imagination to not hug canon to much and have the writing skills but since the capture chapter its like you stopped writing and copied and pasted the formula of stupid decision that the character authors create would never make but hey plot needs to move forward and instead of using your skills you flop and this is the results.

Yep wally is fucking retarted. He isnt even 14 in reality so cant use that excuse. Never been a fan of out of character stupid stunts to force the plot so im hoping you redeem your character and he escapes on his own not needing rescue like a weak useless princess in a tower

well, I can clear up a few little issues here for you.
To begin with, Wally's rings function a lot like a quantum pocket combined with a shrink spell from magic. Think of it as a combined magic with technology thing. Also, if one universe can be accessed, then it stands to reason that most abilities and technologies that work in one universe will be mostly operational in others. BTW, this also applies to the speed force that Wally always accesses. The speed force appears to exist outside of any universe, so it is accessible by speedsters regardless of the universe they happen to be in. Think of it like other world from dragon ball. It's a hyper dimensional access point.

Oh, and if I sound a lot like a science geek, I am. I am also totally blind, so I can actually relate a lot to the primary character in his normal non-superhero persona.

good ending. if there was no sequel, this would certainly finish out a good story line. still, you mentioned a good sequel so I guess I will read it. btw, I see you are following a known path for those who finally accept their disabilities. they don't harp on them much and just go on with their lives, only having to work around some issues with alternative techniques. I am already there myself as I don't take great pains to talk about my blindness. However, I still get questions from time to time and it's not so bad to answer them like it used to be. call it educating the masses. :)

Okay, the grammar of the fanfic is a bit hard to understand. I'd say that this one is a mediocre writter but the story is kinda good from my opinion. I like it but not in the level that I would download on my library. No offence.
