Yep, bashing fanfiction are garbage. All it does is spread lies to the series and make it cringe to read. What did Naruto told Sakura?" I hate people who lie to themselves!" Naruto himself said he wouldn't have made it this far without his friend's help. Even if his friend's aren't the most bonding with Naruto. Out of curiosity, have you considered using moves from Pokemon as forms of magic/spells?

A example would be Juvia having moves like Hydro Cannon or Waterfall, along with abilities like Torrent, Hydration, and Water Absorb.
