What a wonderful oneshot. I liked those little references you added, like with Max's plant or her rewind powers, and also especially how you portrayed Warren. That actually felt like a really canon kind of situation, and I'm glad that here, he apparently stopped trying after Max rejected him. I wouldn't like to think of him as the kind of creepy stalker who just can't take a hint. Anyway, Chloe's thoughts and actions were really well written, and that kiss scene...definitely by far the best one I've read lately, and one of my favourites ever. Perfectly described details, and just overall beautiful.
