Yay! You're back! An intense and emotionally driven chapter as always. As the story moves along I am continuously in suspense about what all the clandestine shenanigans Roy is up to... enough that it keeps Ed eagerly seeking the bottle lol! Great chapter as always! I'm excited to see Maes show up. I await the next chappie!

Well I've just finished my exams for the year and I was so ecstatic to see this update. And what a thrilling turmoila fight both emotionally and physically.
First and foremost: Royyyy *makes a series of Ed insults but then decides Ed is better at delivering them herself*. I adore his portrayal as a vague and mysterious character because he builds a veil around himself and his motives in the canon storyline03 version in particular) which few stories capture so well. Has Edaline truly been cured from her hangover?...Open to debate! Her anger has manifested into a fast-pace action sequence. I am so glad she doesn't drawl on as a sympathy magnet. She's dynamic and our favourite word: volatile. She wouldn't sit back idly. Thank you for such in character writing but still the characters possess a uniqueness to them as well. Specifically Ed's devastation...oh goodness. The description of the bright day at the end, when in Ed's mind the storm clouds have passed leaving only a dull, empty rainfall.
Wonderful wonderful chapter...one of my favourites so far! Looking forward to your next update.

Ah! It's so great to read your update hun! Omgosh! The reuniting pair at the beginning of the chapter... you have a wild sense of humour! It was crazy enough to make my mouth drop open lol! Which is a good thing! Yay! The Roy is back! That's exciting and he's got plans. Love the insight you give as you spin your tale, it is both full of feeling and description. Great job! I await to see what else you have in store for us.

Such passion...such drunken passion this chapter had me in fits. The narrative flowed so beautifully together...and Ed's mind of thoughts converged from two to one. The first was anger and resentment and of being lost while the other is the desire to be held and possess an anchor. I feel these halves were represented by Castor and Roy respectively. Initially I was a little sceptical to how Roy could have a twin, but as per usual you create a feasible and enjoyable resolution for this. Ed's emotions are a storm at the moment and I look forward to where they go in the future. I love this story and I'm so glad it's being continued. Thank you for writing another excellent chapter!

What a finale thus far and I definitely hope there is more to come soon! There is such a clash of wills in this chapter, noticeably between the two Mustangs but a concoction of mature Ed and naive, young Ed. From primitive lust comes doubt and fear rushing through Ed's mind. As a reader there is not another fitting word except...turbulent. This builds into what I love about this update: conflict arises from the most simplest of choices. It was Ed's choice to spend the night with Castor and her flickering doubt of loyalty between Castor and Roy is outstanding. But what is more thrilling is the tense climb of Ed's self doubt shattering, allowing fear to channel through her. She's been holding her head high and repressing her emotions with drinks and...Mustangs XD And at the end of this chapter, that wall begins to fall apart. I envision wolves encroaching around a huddled figure in the darkness. As for the past few chapters "We Are Young" by Fun has been looping through my mind. I think it really contextualizes Ed's desire to be free to make up her own destiny but also understand the severity of the consequences from the actions she makes. I anxiously await the next chapter and I hope you update soon!

Castor is well...intriguing. In the matter of a chapter and he is able to exude an aura of confidence and playfulness that allows Edaline'a guard to drop. That's definitely a trait shared by the Mustang crew! However I'm afraid for Ed; her mind is fogged by her desire for Mustang. And it's not implicit in her stream of consciousness which Mustang this can be. That was a lovely follow up from last chapter I might add. Proceed with caution Ed!

Plot twist! Well I was not expecting this...Hmmm...Okay, let me retrace my thinking...I feel that Ed is an obvious candidate for being an extrovert. However, it is only when those people around her ignite that fire that switches Ed from sullen caffeine depraved Ed into hothead Ed. I feel her transition from these two elements in this chapter. First there's the initial doubt of being without Al and Mustang, materialising into a feral lust allowing for her fiery persona to break down the wall she builds around herself of wary caution. Therefore her introduction to Castor was incredibly well done.
