seemed like a good story but by the end of the chapter the story got too blurry with too much going on and too rough a transition to the Mass Effect universe

How about you try making a Naruto/Mass Effect crossover; have it be a female Naruto who is turned into basically the new Kaguya after the 4th war, give her all the elements/sub-elements (maybe add all of the bloodlines/clans abilities?) and the RinneSharingan along with the Byakugan, limitless chakra reserves with perfect control, Extremely skilled in all the ninja arts (nin/gen/tai/fuin/ken/kin/med/hiden/barrier/weapon) with large arsenal of jutsu, give her the ability to survive in space (like when Naruto fought Toneri), dark/ruthless personality and last/only of her species in the Mass Effect universe

So far this is an alternative version of 'Darth Jeviso', but still a good story.
