Aww this was such a sweet story. I was so happy when they kissed. I liked the bit at the end where she mentioned the scars she couldn't see. Some of your grammar and word choices are a little bit off though. For example initialise should be initiate. And some sentences could be phrased better. So maybe a beta reader may help you? I really enjoy your stories and I am a native English speaker so I can help you with this if you wanted. Anyway good work and I can't wait to read more of your work :)
