That was so sweet! Loved it, I really did! Characterisations were good, well written, and thoughtful exploration of the consequences of the events in the game. Well done! Kind of sad to think Shaun won't grow up though...I preferred to think that he would. If the institute was that advanced, and if they really wanted synths to blend in. Though I really don't like the idea of them replacing real kids...ew, there's a thought. Glad I nuked them :-p

This was adorable. I love it.

Most people just pass the fact that Danse is a synth and so is Shaun, and to see the two bonding and accepting their nature is interesting. I always saw the female Sole Survivor with Danse, I just always have.

I'm curious. If Shaun wanted to age, I assume they could do something similar with what they did with Curie; but with a Synth's body of a male. It would be neat. I can't picture a 20 year old Shaun in a 10 year old body; reminds me of Skyrim's Babbett!

This was just /beautiful/! I always loved the idea of Danse & Shaun bonding & I always found it sad that Shaun picked up on Danse's sadness, too. It's good that he can start helping him to heal & feel less self-loathing!

Lovely story though it made me smile & great characterisation!

What a beautiful, poignant read! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The latter half was particularly well written. Some thought-provoking questions there bordering on the metaphysical (I'm a sucker for subjects of existentialism). Oh, and nice touch with the robot thing at the end.
Anyway, I just thought talent should be recognized. Earned a fave from me :)
