I absolutely love stories like this where the writer actually understands what they are writing about and can connect to the reader on a more personal level. The way emotions are portrayed in this are astounding and accurate to the real deal (in my experiences at least) and just make for an overall brilliant story.

This was a great story! I truly appreciated it! Because in a way I can relate to feeling depressed, and thinking it will never go away. But this was well written. The last chapter was the most uplifting!

This was quite the wild ride, but like all journeys, has to come to an end.

It is good to see that once Beast Boy reached his turning point, he was able to walk forward once again. With the support of his friends and Raven, he was able to drag himself out of the darkness and stop drowning in the past.

This was quite the interesting story, that really explored depression and self-harm. It was hard seeing Beast Boy spiral down so far, but that made the happy ending all the more satisfying.

Thanks for writing this story, I will look forward to seeing what kind of one-shots you come up with.

YAAAAASSSS GOOD BEAST BOY! HE DID IT! Umm..anyway. It's how things are going. Beast Boy just did a big hard and important step. He dicided to put some effort to get better starting by stopping cutting. It's not the end but it's a big step. It's really really good. Can't wait for more :)

Yeah, Raven watching Beast Boy like a mother hawk now, with the others chipping in as well. The team coming together to think of ways to help Beast Boy cope with his urges is good. Too bad none of he methods the teams thought of helped too much. They did come up with a good variety of options.

For a second I thought the suffocation might push Beast Boy over the edge, but it appears that Beast Boy has finally reached the inportant realization. The healing won't start until he wants it to. We can really say that Beast Boy is starting on the path of recovery. He still has a long way to go, but the fact he is ready to put one foot in front of the other is great.

After what Raven saw, it was obvious that she would increase her vigilance over him. Even going as far as to drag Beast Boy outside of the bathroom when she needed to go and sleeping on top of him to made sure he doesn't go anywhere at night. We are back to the cycle where Beast Boy is being watched to closely to cut himself and getting desperate. I see he is also back to bottling it up inside again, and not talking about it like Raven asked.

No matter how careful Raven was being, there was bound to be a slip up eventually. In this case, Raven left thinking Beast Boy was fast asleep, when he was only resting his eyes. People are really quick to assume someone is asleep just because they have their eyes closed and sitting still.

Beast Boy also slipped up in this case as well, getting too into cutting himself and not thinking about how long Raven would take in the bathroom. This let Raven catch him in the act and grab the blade he hid in her room. Raven wasted no time once she got back, making sure to pin Beast Boy down to prevent him from going her the blade.

Beast Boy really seems to be stubborn about crying. He should let go a bit more. I think that would help relieve the pressure just like hurting himself would. The good thing that came from this was that Raven was able to get Beast Boy to confess about the remaining blade in his room and how he hid the one he was using. Hopefully some rest will do him some good.

Poor Beast Boy. It's a little suffocating what they're doing to him. I mean with the sheldulshes and all. I'm glad Raven found out about the blades now maybe he'll stop. It was heart breaking I have to say. I hope it'll get better soon. And Raven is adorable with Beast Boy I'm really happy she's there for him. Can't wait for more.

Oh boy. I see Beast Boy's thoughts are still negative and destructive. Something is going to have to be done about that if Beast Boy is going to make a full recover.

When he started playing games with Cyborg and pushed back his negative thoughts, that was a start. It was good that he fought back against the thought that his friends and girlfriend don't love him, but just pushing those thoughts aside will not solve the issue.

Yeah, I knew there was no way that Beast Boy was going to be able to hide the fact he cut himself from Raven when they are sleeping in the same bed. It seems that the idea that they missed something in his room or that he may have hid something in her room did not occur to Raven. Maybe if she talks about what happened to the others, they will give some insight.

Raven does have a good idea in response to Beast Boy hurting himself. I hope he takes that advice to heart the next time he gets the urge to hurt himself.

It was really thoughtful of Raven to not say to the others about Beast Boy condition. And those voices are horrible. I know them and they're really bad for his health. They can destroy you from inside if you let them control you. I'm glad he fights them, that he doesn't listen to them. Well at first he did but then he fighted them knowing they weren't right. That they lie and they just want to destroy him. I hope those voices will stop soon. Good chapter as always can't wait for more :)

If he relapses again, I want to ask something. After he would wake up in the Infirmary again, would Raven still be with him? Or would she be unable to continue to try and be with him since in her mind he would rather kill himself then be with her. You know, a play on her insecurities.
