There are people who disappear for years due to life’s rolling hills. You got through the peaks and valleys and discovered a new trail. Hopefully it is a better path, or now clearer. The important thing is to find the joy in writing again. And sometimes it helps to purge pain and write laughter, eventually.

I almost cried in this chapter. And god I hate Scott. First he says he isn't kicking Stiles out of the pact. Then he DOES kick him out on his BIRTHDAY. Then he uses his Alpha powers to make everyone leave Stiles alone, as Derek implied that that was the reason he left the pack. And then, being the sucky friend he is, he doesn't even think to warn Stiles that there is a Wendigo going after police officers, you know, like his DAD and because of all of the things before, he can't even be there to try and save John's life. I get people make mistakes, but that he then goes only hours after John's death and wants to make things right? Not cool. Stiles is grieving, and talking to your ex best friend and brother, who (while not being the sole reason) is kind of at fault for John's death, is not something he needs. I get you are feeling guilty now Scott and want Stiles to forgive you so you can feel better about yourself again, but life doesn't work that way and Stiles will never forgive you for this.

God sorry, I needed that out of my system. I just love the way you have written this. Like, yes Scott is kind of the bad guy, but at the same time, you have written it in a way where you can see that Scott means well, he just doesn't go about it well. He thought he was doing the right thing, by exiling Stiles from the pack, so he wouldn't be in danger. And yes, Stiles would be sad, but it is all 'for the greater good' right? But as he realizes his mistakes, of leaving Stiles completely alone, with only Derek to lean on, he tries to make everything right again. In Scott's brain, apologizing and taking the blame will everything better, but it won't. It is the child mentality that saying sorry makes everything okay. And Scott IS a child trying to be an adult. He just doesn't realize that the world doesn't work the way he wants it to. He fucked up, and instead of giving Stiles space and then try to apologize and then leave him be, he is trying to insert himself back in Stiles' life, since leaving it made everything worse. And by doing that, he WILL make it even worse, as Stiles will be confronted with that person he probably blames the entire thing on, day after day, and Stiles won't be able to cope with his father's death in a healthy way.

I am very much looking forward to the next chapter!

Awe poor styles

I can not get over how sweet derek is being. although it feels like this all takes place after the finale of the show. my last review was back when i was still on the third season with Jackson being the pseudo villain. No joke, if they brought teen wolf amd the cast back, they should hire you to write this stuff. each chapter feels like an episode (with filler stuff cut out and mo commercials). Jeff Davis and MTV need to hire you. of course I wouldnt get to see the episodes until a week after they would get released because I watch on amazon prime video for any big tv. anyway I got sidetracked, this story hasnt let me down, and I dont think it will.

Ugh! No! So sad. But a great twist, I feel like everyone always keeps Noah alive (for good reason because it’s impossible to not love him). It’ll be interesting to see how Stiles cops with the loss. Will he be angry with Scott, even if there logically would be no reason to except for the fact that he neglected to bring this to anyone’s attention (I would be mad at him for that). Is he going to cling more to Derek or somehow push him away?
