Very good story. Yang and Ruby with their shenanigans are awesome. Jaune keep being hilariously dumb, but for now in a very clever and perceptive way. If you think about it, it's actually really funny: he's a very smart guy and amazing tactician, but whe it comes to women... Great job with the story!

I really hope there's a chance to get a continuation of this. I liked the premise a lot.

I was sort of hoping Weiss was eavesdropping on Yang, Ruby, and Jaune. It would've made for an excellent second chapter

I kinda hope Jaune tries his best to avoid going on a date with Weiss.

A very interesting concept... but very poorly executed. It's like the purpose of the fic is to jerk off Jaune's ego rather than a genuine attempt at portraying White Knight. The book, Neptune being an asshole, Weiss being a bitch and Jaune being oblivious are all excuses to make you feel like Jaune's te greatest guy on earth. And that's not adding how incredibly OOC everyone is. Except for Ruby but then again she only says one interesting thing in the whole fic.

This is one of those self-insert stories. Nothing more.

This was hilarious yet very true in a way. From Jaune 's experience and point of view, even he were to cheer up Weiss. It wouldn't go anywhere and progress into something more. Trying to get with someone on the rebound usually fails 80% of the time. I've been there and done that.

It's a really nice story I hope you get back into the groove of story writing.
