This is getting intense. Hope Bucky gets to her in time. Also like that Allie has a physical weakness that makes sense. Please don't kill her, I've grown to love her *eyes glisten*

As far as grammar goes, it's not the best but I will say this, it's a great story. When I read the first story, Ember in Darkness, I thought a few things were a little random. Then as I read more I've come to the realization that you know exactly what you're doing and it's very Marvel (no pun intended). Honestly, I can see where this is going and yet I don't know exactly what the plans you have for future chapters.

Allie is a fantastic character in many ways. She's strong-willed, capable, yet short tempered and patient all at once. It's as though she is either patient or not at all. There is no in between and I find that to be very human and realistic.

As far as the love story goes, it feels organic (a little slow but real). I like how you made him Bucky and not James or Sargent Barnes or anything like that. I enjoyed the complexity of their relationship, the realism of PRSD that Buvky must've surely went through, and of course how they keep "tabs" on each other.

I hope you write more soon and that you continue their story throughout the Infinity War events.

Finally! After a year you've managed to not disappoint. I'm in love with Allie and Bucky's relationship. Can't wait for the next chapter.
