Back to writing wise, I like how your writing the characters relationship. Like the three of them kinda gravitate towards each other because if the situation and like each other and all, but aren't just autimatically super close. Ace still doesn't completely trust them which I think in his current situation is very true.

Poor Ace still does not know that he has a devil fruit power and that he could try using it (but I guess that Teach has his fruit too so it would be useless).

The way you're portraying how Ace Sabo and Luffy interact is spot on and amazing. Ace really does care about the other two, and really wants them to escape. I hope they get out soon.
