Reviews for Harry Potter, Lone Traveler, God and Wizard
excessivelyperky chapter 21 . 7/24
I like this! It's neat to see Tom Riddle finding another path besides the one he took.
excessivelyperky chapter 20 . 7/23
This is really cute-I like it!
excessivelyperky chapter 19 . 7/19
Why in blazes is Sirius not suing for a new trial?

But hey, Voldie's gone, all's right with the world (and I expect Snape is packing even as we speak, since he's used to being made the scapegoat for everything else, he likely suspects the Ministry and/or Dumbledore will offer him up to keep the crowd happy. Lucius is probably already visiting his Swiss bank account in person if he's smart, too).

Yay!
excessivelyperky chapter 18 . 7/19
I'm not sure Harry gets to count saving Snape after having knocked him out in the first place.

And I am surprised that the Court will allow Pensieve, Veritaserum, or Magical Oath, since I keep being told that Sirius Black could never get a trial because they don't believe in any of the above (but then, Pottermore or Rowling herself is not always the most reliable, alas).

Neat chapter!

Oh, and I love the suit for defamation of character.
excessivelyperky chapter 17 . 7/18
Hey, this neat! (I kind of liked the chest pains when Vernon wanted to spend Harry's money on Dudley, because sometimes I'm a cruel person...).

Neat summer routine.
excessivelyperky chapter 16 . 7/16
In the UK, Vernon doesn't need to access corporate health insurance, because smart people there have the NHS (National Health Service). It probably even covers a counselor for the whole family (and the neighbors, who know them, would have a garage sale to pay for it if they only knew).

It probably wouldn't hurt Vernon to go a few rounds with the punching bag, either-he could stand to lose a bit of weight, become fitter, and resolve some of his stress at work. (and frankly, Petunia could use a month at a spa, just sayin').
BaddieDZ2 chapter 10 . 7/14
Yeah, the woman who only wants to execute the unarmed man, is worried about man's uncontrollable base desires. You're fucking cracked.
AnthonyR89 chapter 61 . 2/18
eh. i actually like Hard to Kill, though Segal's movies are pretty hit or miss. and he's kind of an asshole in real life.
AnthonyR89 chapter 56 . 2/18
while i don't much like Eddington, i'm very much sympathetic to the Maquis cause as a whole.
AnthonyR89 chapter 54 . 2/18
to be honest, the only work of Heinlein's i'm familiar with is Starship Troopers.
AnthonyR89 chapter 53 . 2/18
...if he knew Harry was the one he tried to kill, and the other subject of the prophecy, why did Riddle even bother going to the DoM to get it?
AnthonyR89 chapter 50 . 2/18
i find it rather...unlikely, that all of those wizards survived after being left to the mercy of their rape victims.
AnthonyR89 chapter 36 . 2/18
...a lot of this is lost on me due to my having stopped watching NCIS a good five or six years ago.
AnthonyR89 chapter 27 . 2/16
yeah, Harry's too forgiving towards Ron.
AnthonyR89 chapter 24 . 2/16
I can't actually recall the specific story or author at the moment, but i rather liked one story that explained how Barty successfully impersonated Moody: Moody was his godfather. in that particular fic, while it doesn't exactly claim Voldemort was good, he's not all that evil, either. he's the leader of a rebellion against a corrupt government. which sometimes requires they do unpleasant things in an attempt to over throw them.

Dumbledore pretty much is evil though. and remembering the name of a fairly minor character in the story (Dr. Joseph Leeds, an american indian, parsletongue wizard) let me google it and come up with a name for story. The Well Groomed Mind By Lady Khali. damn good story, even if it is more or less abandoned at this point. there's an interesting aside about Leeds in which the downfall of Grindewald is as much due to him as anything else. namely, Grindewald murdered one of his grandsons. he responded by slaughtering all of Grindewald's lieutenants and severely weakening Grindewald himself shortly before his duel with Dumbledore. he's also someone Albus despises, due to their different ways of looking at life, with Leeds described as a Scientist, and Albus, a Philosopher.
