Don't leave me hanging! How are you going to resolve Danny, Steve and the gang and your character. You have a nice story here, I hope you won't abandon it.

Oh my gosh...this can't have ended at this much of a cliff hanger! I can't bear the though of waiting on a knifes edge for this to update!:)

That aside, his is a really great read. The situation and characters are easily believable. The way in which the team and Steve surround Danny in support is wonderful. Although Danny's circumstances are upsetting and heartbreaking to say the least. I have a feeling that these two 'officers' don't mean well by Danny, so feeling nervous to read on as well.

Excited for the next chapter, great job on this hidden little gem!

I don't like these two supposed security detail being with Danny. I think they are bad news. But they mentioned Duke and have Danny call him b/c he knows. Did they think Danny would or wouldn't call. And if he did and there was no check on Danny they would look suspicious. But something is wrong if Danny keep look up stairs. Good idea to call Steve.

I'm glad that you carried on with the story. Both Steve and Danny seem to be having issues over the whole thing. Danny says that he is okay but Steve doesn't think so. Looking forward to more updates.

Something does not feel right...a protection detail without prior warning, Duke would not do that, someone would have to have requested it...Steve? or is this an opportunity presenting itself? With the guy glancing to the bedroom makes me wonder if something more nefarious is in the patrolmen's mind?

O Danny wrong words to say. He made bail and is mad at you. He is so gonna come after you. Plus he thinks you are with Steve. So that will make him mad also.

This was an excellently written chapter, capturing the thoughts and emotions of both men perfectly. I loved Danny's concern for Steve's reputation, putting that above his own needs. What a good guy. And, Steve, too. Standing by Danny all the way, reputation be damned. Gotta love these guys' friendship that you have done such a fantastic job writing.

I'm not big on slash but so far it's just been friendship galore and I love that. Really enjoying this, thanks. Updating soon?
