Great story. Very enjoyable.
This is an old story so understandably some things would not fit with some future episodes. But I get the feeling that your previous version of the Epilogue had Gabriel as Hawkmoth. I don't think you should have changed that. It leaves too many unanswered questions
1. Hawkmoth knows their secret identities. What are they going to do?
2. Why did Hawkmoth not let Adrien kill himself? he didn't say "You're still useful to me." he said "You're still important to me."
3. Gabriel is not true to character, even if he isn't Hawkmoth. He is just not that nice. He is a controlling SOB from episode 1. He caused Bubbler.

Gabriel could still be is lying and he's Hawkmoth, but the story doesn't go there.

Omg, yesyes. I was watching the mlb season 3 ep 11 episode today and when i watched the scene where chat got hurt in the ribs (i wont say how incase spoilers) i got reminded of your fanfic. I was sad to find that the last version was deleted but delighted that you have edited and reposted the whole fanfic. Likewise, this chapter is also my favourite. This scene where the beams 'fall' all over chat has stuck in my mind for years till now. I really love this fanfic so much and thank you for reposting it again. Continue writing! I am sure you will get better at it.

I... I don't even know what to say. Apart from Awesome job. However, I am left with a few unanswered questions.
1. Is Gabriel Lying about not being Hawkmoth, or is he actually not Hawkmoth?

These questions aren't about the story, but just some general questions.
2. Because I didn't really see the Epilogue as an actual Epilogue, because usually the Epilogue takes place a while after the last chapter, I saw the Epilogue as more of a resolution or falling action part. Are you going to make an actual Epilogue as a resolution, preferably taking place a few weeks to maybe a couple of months after the current epilogue? I don't mean to sound rude or anything like that, but I just can't stand an epilogue that seems like more of the last part of the Falling Action.
3. Is there going to be a continuation of this story? Or a prequel? Either or, I don't care, I'd love to see that. Or, if there is, could you tell me the title or story ID? You can find that in the Story URL, incase you didn't know.

Honestly... I don’t like reading angsty stories, I could physically feel my heart breaking... but this story is goooooood! I obviously haven’t finished it, but I do hope it ends well!

so this fanfic was totally AWESOME in my opinion although I question that if Gabriel Agreste is Hawkmoth in your story? Because in other fanfics he's not...I also have the theory that the reason Adrien's mother disappeared was that she was also a miraculous and Master Fu knows where she is... I want to see when Chat Will meet him soon cuz so far Ladybug meets him
