Well now, I think I have a little idea to insert a rather special character in the eyes of Luna: his friend Chunk (ho! Sorry in advance if you ever mentioned his name in one of your chapters or if you have him already planned an appearance!)

Dude I like this story and its progression, but when it comes to the romance stuff, I gotta say, if you keep Luan and Lincoln together, boy that's when people will say you're a lazy writer. Because that's a ton of buildup, drama, and character development tossed aside if they stay together.

I guess it all fits then, the whole thing with the Havester chasing Lori... personal vandetta after the affair and change of the outcome they made it all happen that started it all. It was all "wild goose chase" cause of an affair that went awry years ago leading to catching Lori

Mate, I have been following this for a while. I have been invested 100% in all of it. Every character's backstory, the pirate versus the marines conflict, the romantic conflicts, etc.

I have to be honest here, you being on the fence about ending the marriage between Luan and Lincoln baffles me. I could only assume it's because there are shippers out there messaging you and reviewing this story with strong intent to keep them together. Here's my opinion then.

End it. Split them up.

When he chose her over the other two, I could tell it was just to keep the romance conflict going. When they got married, I thought it was over and I was left incredibly disappointed at such a weak ending. Then all of a sudden it picked up again with even bigger drama and it's crazy interesting. People accuse you of lazy writing? Well if they stay together then THAT truly is lazy writing. Because all that drama and build up would be for nothing.

This is my two cents, do what you want with it. But if anything really, don't stop writing. You're too good.

Though, I feel that there should've been more pain in Sam's voice, especially if she wasn't sure with her orders. It would've shown more turmoil.
