Still here, still reading, and still just as excited for updates! During your break I actually took the time to watch Dexter for the first time! I’m down to the last few episodes of the series and I can’t bring myself to finish it! Back to your story though, I’m super excited to meet a new character! Love interest for Merle maybe? ;)

I must say I am am enjoying this story very much. There are only so many fanfics you can read where all they do is create their own character and stick it into the story with no plot changes. Of course i also loved Dexter so maybe thats why i am liking this so much...keep up the good work...can't wait for the next chapter!

Daaaaaaaaammmmmnnnnn! Poor Tomas can't take it like he can dish it out! Amy is going to have a long road ahead of her, and I think Maggie may have just been given the trigger that turns her into what we have on the show now. I feel so bad for Merle though! He's going to live with Beth's death on his shoulders for the rest of his life. Maybe now he'll sober up for good. If so, who knows, maybe he'll find someone out there that'll put up with his crap like Lumen does for Daryl! On another note, I really like how your focus in this sequel has been more on the other characters and how they're changed from Daryl's behavior rather than just on Daryl. It's giving quite the interesting perspective, and it's fun to watch the characters twist their realities! As usual, a great chapter, and I look forward to more!

Things are starting to amp up! Don't worry about slowing down your updating. I'd rather have one good chapter here and there, than drabble and filler every day just for the sake of daily posting.

Dang! Poor Beth! Maybe Merle will learn to straighten up his act now! I feel like Tomas and Andrew have a double Dixon beat-down coming their way now! Don't worry about the weekly updates! Sure, they're great and all, but if worrying about getting a chapter out messes with the good flow you've got going already, then there's no point! Keep at your own pace and we'll just enjoy the hell out of it when a new chapter comes! ;)

YAY! I'm getting a little antsy LOL...ready for some Bad Daryl action! Oh and I gotta say that I usually don't like OC's. I'm a very strict Caryl-er, that's just my thing. But I LOVE Lumen and how you have grown and developed her with the story. I may have told you that before, LOL.

Real life and writer's block seems to hit the best of us at the worst of times, and usually they come hand in hand, but I don't think it affected this chapter at all! Tomas and Beth both disappearing doesn't seem to bode well for the poor girl! Maybe Merle will get his shit together and help her out! Or maybe Daryl will get ahold of him first and feed him to the walkers piece by piece. *insert evil laugh here*

Whoop! It's about time poor Daryl got some! Very much enjoyed this chapter! I'm excited to see just how far Daryl is going to take this being his second chance, and if the Rickyl bromance is ever going to show with the way he is. More than that, though, I'm ready to see how he takes care of Tomas and Andrew! *Insert evil laugh here* I have a feeling it's going to be great!
