Oh God, it's hilarious

This was hilarious. I've always loved terrible puns and Chuck Norris jokes. The Chairman Mao pun and the sudden Chuck Norris made me laugh hysterically for no good reason. This was all so unexpected and ridiculous but also completely believable. That just makes it more funny

I'm just deadly curious as to how these two roommates managed to divvy up the chores, bills, and such. Does Light ever cook (is Anna willing to eat his food if so)? Did they manage to afford a two bedroom apartment or are they scraping by in a studio on bunk beds with the majority of the floorspace dedicated to art?

This made me so happy! I laughed more than I should have and discovered Cage Cats! Can't believe I missed that meme!
I loved the whole premise of this one shot! It fits in well with the Main story (maybe a look at what Anna, L and Light will be up to at the end of it All?) it's a fun thought. Death Note is such a dark story, this really lifted my mood!
The idea that L is one of their patrons is hilarious. Can't get enough of those Cats!
The thought that Light is channeling another dimension and painting a parallel life with such realism yet being totally overlooked in favor of internet cats just kills me!
Love this little side story and God of the machine (hope that story has a happy ending like this one! Lol)
